The sugar season.

Our boiling pans heat up, the sap flows, the dining hall fills. A traditional all-you-can-eat meal, served at the tables, every day of the season.

A day at the cabin

You come in to warm up. You leave with the taste of syrup in your mouth and in your memory.

On arrival

The smell of wood, the boiling pan running, the team showing you to your table.

During the meal

The dishes keep coming. You go back for more pea soup, baked beans, sausages…

Before you leave

Taffy on snow at the boiling cabin, a coffee for the road and a tractor ride through the heart of the sugar bush.

The feast

The meal we've served here for twenty years.

Traditional Québec dishes, served all-you-can-eat at the tables. Pea soup, omelettes, ham, syrup-glazed sausages, crispy oreilles de crisse. Then desserts, without limit.

The cabin experience

Four moments that make the visit.

Boiling cabin

At the doorstep, the sap evaporates, leaving a scent of reduction. Visitors can step in, ask their questions, and watch the reduction turn into syrup.

The feast

Served all-you-can-eat in one of our authentic halls. Pea soup, omelette, ham, oreilles de crisse, tourtière, stew, desserts and much more.

The taffy

Hot taffy poured over fresh snow, rolled around a stick. A family tradition for twenty years.

The trails

Around the building, a wooded trail to help you digest before hitting the road. Tractor ride available depending on conditions.
