Summer with us

Summer at the Charbonneaus'.

From June to October, the snack bar opens its doors: a terrace in the shade of the maples, generous poutines, burgers, and our CABANAK beers. The pace changes, the place stays.

Right next door, the giant Uplå trampolines and the Arbraska treetop courses make a real day out for families. You come to eat, you stay to play.

Our story

A tradition passed down.

Since 2004, the Charbonneau family has run this sugar shack the way you run a home. With patience, consistency and respect for a craft where excellence is everything.

The sap, we boil it here. The dishes, we cook them here. The wood fire, we still tend it by hand.

« A huge thank you to Érablière Charbonneau. For the first time we enjoyed a real sugar shack supper at home, as a family. Hearty, delicious and excellent value for money. »

« We chose this sugar shack for our first cabane à sucre. The place is lovely, and there are little activities that make for a great time (tractor ride, petting farm, etc.). The meal was incredible! »
